2010 Playoff Plans
Subscribers paying by credit card may take advantage of the subscriber-friendly PAY-BY-ROUND playoff plan.
ONLY CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR THE PAY-BY-ROUND PLAYOFF PLAN (American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club and Discover). Please note that participants in the PAY-BY-ROUND playoff plan must provide a credit card that will remain valid through 06/10. Multiple cards will not be accepted and cards may not be changed once submitted. Credit card payments may be faxed to 212-465-6075 or paid online by clicking here and logging into MY RANGERS ACCOUNT MANAGER. Payments may also be made in person at The Garden Box Office, or by mail.
- Initially pay for only Round 1 of the playoffs and you will receive all of your tickets for Rounds 1, 2, 3 and the Stanley Cup Finals. Subsequent round(s) will automatically be charged to your credit card if the Rangers advance through to that round.
- Any amounts paid for tickets to games which were not played in a completed round will automatically be applied to your payment for the following round.
- Additional round(s) charged will reflect only the updated maximum number of potential home games. If the Rangers advance but do not have home ice advantage in the following round, you will only be charged for the maximum of three home games in that round.
If paying by mail, retain the top portion of your invoice and return the bottom portion using the envelope provided, or mail to:

REMINDER: PAYMENT FOR EITHER PLAN MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN MARCH 24, 2010; OTHERWISE THE TICKETS WILL BE RELEASED FOR PUBLIC SALE.
PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR DECISION WHETHER OR NOT TO PURCHASE 2010 PLAYOFF TICKETS DOES NOT IMPACT YOUR ABILITY TO RENEW YOUR SUBSCRIPTION FOR THE 2010-2011 SEASON.
You have the option of having tickets sent to the address of record for a $25.00 shipping fee or you may elect to pick your tickets up at the Madison Square Garden Box Office. PLEASE SELECT THE APPROPRIATE BOX UNDER PAYMENT AND SHIPPING INFORMATION ON YOUR INVOICE TO INDICATE HOW YOU WOULD LIKE TO RECEIVE YOUR TICKETS.
SHIPPING FEE
- If you elect “Ship Tickets,” the shipping fee of $25.00 is included in payment amount due.
- Tickets will be shipped only to the address of record.
- Someone must be available to accept delivery of your tickets.
- You will receive a letter prior to delivery of tickets indicating expected delivery date.
TICKETS HELD AT BOX OFFICE
- Only the subscriber whose name appears on the invoice may obtain tickets from the Madison Square Garden Box Office. No one else may pick up your tickets. The invoice and two forms of identification are required (including picture I.D.) in order to pick up tickets.
- If you elect “Hold Tickets at MSG,” the shipping fee of $25.00 has been deducted from payment amount due.
- You will receive a letter indicating when tickets are available for pick up.
There may ultimately be credits owed to you for Rangers playoff games that do not take place. You have two options with respect to those credits – you may request a refund or you may apply the credits as a deposit on a future subscription. You must advise us of which option you have selected at the time you order your playoff tickets. In order to request a refund, you must select the designated box on your invoice. If you elect to use the funds as a deposit on a future subscription, simply leave the box unmarked. Please note that, unless you specifically request a refund on your invoice by selecting the appropriate box, the credits will automatically be applied as a deposit on a future subscription.
Direct refunds will be processed in the same manner in which tickets were purchased (i.e., credit for credit card or check for check or money order). However, if you paid by cash, you will be provided with a check. There will be no cash refunds.
You should receive your refund within three weeks after completion of the last Rangers playoff game.
Check refunds will be issued to the subscriber of record only.
Tickets for unplayed games DO NOT have to be returned.
REMINDER: RISK OF LOSS OR THEFT IS PASSED TO THE SUBSCRIBER UPON RECEIPT OF TICKETS. NO ONE WILL BE ADMITTED TO A GAME WITHOUT HIS OR HER TICKET. Lost or Stolen Tickets Will Not Be Replaced.
